KARMA AMMA

Until the lion learns how to write, every story will glorify the hunter  - African Proverb

Amma ni masa saya ingat dia, dia dah janda. Amma pakai sari putih. Amma ini macam sami pun ada. Sangat taat agama.

Namun dua orang anak Amma sakit mental. India-india lain di kampung mengejek Amma “padan muka dia sebab tak pandai ajar anak. Anak dia jadi gila sebab makan daging lembu”

Ntah betul ntah tidak anak Amma jadi gila sebab makan lembu tak tahulah saya. Tapi itulah cerita Amma.

She must be very strong woman. I don’t talk much to her, I was so small, all I can remember is one of her daughters bring me to her friend's house for birthday party and she gave me an ice cream. There got jelly inside the ice cream. That was the best ice-cream that I ever had. Another thing is biskut lidah kucing. Not rainbow like, that we have today. It only consists of 2 colour, chocolate and milky. It is heart shape cookie with vanilla on a half side of it, and chocolate flavor at the other half. Aha! And, her shiny aluminum pot that she used to heat her milk.

In the eyes of a kindergarten kid, Amma is an angle. God must love her a lot because she prays a lot. I only know about the lembu thing when I was older, after she has passed away for so many years. We never know about Amma’s side of the story, we only know Amma was curse by God because she allows her kids to eat lembu. Never mind the lembu thing…. What I want to say, despite of being curse by God because of Lembu business, Amma never stop praying until she took her last breath.
